By accessing or using the services provided by Alive Studios ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website and services.

Alive Studios provides AI-powered business systems including website development, AI receptionist services, chatbot implementation, and reputation management tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to active services.

All services are customized to your business needs and are delivered as described in your individual service agreement or proposal.

One-time services (such as the AI Website) are billed as a single payment due before work begins, plus any recurring hosting fees as described in your agreement.

Monthly subscription services (such as the AI Receptionist, Chatbot, and Reputation & SEO) are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

All payments are due in full upon invoicing. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Monthly services are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

One-time services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they involve custom development tailored to your business.

To cancel a service, contact us at info@alivestudios.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Alive Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Custom work created for your business, including website designs and configurations, becomes your property upon full payment, excluding any underlying proprietary tools or frameworks.

Alive Studios provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Alive Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or near Roanoke, Virginia.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
